01Can you work within our CAD standards and templates?
Yes. The goal is to plug into your existing workflow, not replace it. Work is set up from the CAD standards, layer standards, templates, naming conventions, and project structure you provide, and markups are followed as drawn. Drafting is done in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
02Can you help with a last-minute or urgent project?
Often, yes — that's what overflow capacity is for: a deadline moves up, your team gets overloaded, or production work arrives unexpectedly. Whether it's possible depends on current workload, project size and scope, how organized the files are, and the deadline. For urgent requests, call or text Christian directly so availability can be confirmed quickly.
03Do you only work in Raleigh or North Carolina?
No. Raleigh and North Carolina are the home market, and on-site coordination is limited to the Triangle area, but drafting work itself is remote and file-based. Firms outside the listed areas can be supported remotely when the project is a good fit — project fit and capacity matter more than location.
04Is this for one-time projects or ongoing support?
Either. Support can cover a single defined project, temporary overflow during a busy stretch, recurring drafting needs, or longer-term production support. Ongoing work depends on capacity at the time, so it helps to talk through expected volume early.
05What happens after the first project?
Repeat handoffs should get easier. Once Christian knows your standards, file organization, deliverable expectations, and how your team likes to communicate, later projects start with much less setup. When future overflow needs come up, he can stay available as a drafting resource, subject to capacity.
06How do you stay in touch after delivery?
Questions and follow-ups after delivery go straight to Christian, by the same phone and email you used to start. When another project comes up, you pick up where the last one left off rather than starting over with a new sales process.
